WHAT IS IT?

This 2-3day foundations experience introduces a simple, proven and effective model of modern leadership, followed by facilitation to help you develop a Culture Impact Charter. This experience benefits all clients, and specifically those who don’t have a memorialized ethos, have identified values but not behaviors, or otherwise have an outdated core focus.

  • have identified values but not behaviors,

  • or otherwise outdated core focus or demonstrate a lack of codification.

 How it works

CULTURE CHARTER (3 MONTHS)

You and your leadership team will walk away with a first draft of your organization’s Culture Charter. This includes:

 
  • A new or refined Purpose Statement (Why Do We Exist?)

  • A new or refined Value System to include core values and the observable behaviors (along with behavioral proof points) that are aligned with them (and misaligned).

  • An Implementation Plan/Playbook on how to socialize and weave these constructs into the organization’s operating model, specifically focusing on the employee lifecycle and leadership .

  • 3 (60 min) Culture Consulting sessions to check in on your implementation plan.
